Join DFW-BTA and The Birthday Party Project
To give a child a Birthday they will not forget!

Registration is limited to the first  5 members that sign-up.

PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER ON OUR DFWBTA website FIRST and THEN REGISTER ON TBPP WEBSITE LINK BELOW!!!

  Requirements to Volunteer 

 Everyone 18 and over needs to submit a background check through the link below (click Sign In to get started). This is only for new volunteers. Anyone who volunteered last year should already be in our system and can log in and register for parties. 

 Please register on the DFWBTA website first for the date that you wish to volunteer since SPACE IS LIMITED

 If you have never volunteered before please go to the below link

 1. Everyone will click on the link above and click Sign In to get started.  

2. Make sure each user clicks the box next to “DFWBTA” to mark they are part of your group.  

3. Once the background check is processed, they will get an “Account Activations” email. 

Once you have received your activation email or you have already volunteered before please do the following:  

4. At this point, they can again click the link above to log in and go to the calendar of parties. They will find the party they want to sign up for, click on that link and sign up under the spots I’ve reserved for DFWBTA.  PLEASE NOTE You must click on JOIN WAITLIST and you will be taken to a registration link listed as DFWBTA (NTX 5 Slots)

 An email will be sent to all registered volunteers about a week before the party with all of the party details. Some of the locations of the parties are very confidential so they will send a separate email with the addresses of those locations.
