Everyone must pre-register. 

No walk-ups allowed. 

TOYOTA security will have an attendee list.

Entry – Main lobby
Parking – See attached map  

• parking instructions will be to park in the east half of front visitor parking area. If that is full, you can park in any of the other structures listed on the map. You will still need to enter through the front doors of the Main Lobby.
• Reserved east side of the front visitor – approx. 100 spaces available in that location. 

Five TOYOTA employees will walk attendees to Sequoia Meeting Room.  Employees will hold DFWBTA signs.
Registration will be outside of the Sequoia Meeting Room.
