Our next board member to highlight is our new Sponsorship Committee Chair, Nayka Mendoza. Nayka is currently an Area Director of Business Travel Sales for Remington Hotels and has been with her company for 5 years (including the pandemic!). We asked Nayka a few questions, check them out below!
How many years have you been in the travel industry?
N: 15 years
What is your favorite thing about your job or the travel industry as a whole?
N: Building relationships!
What is your motto for the 2023 year?
N: "Be intentional"
Where is your dream travel destination?
N: Anywhere there is white sand, clear aqua blue water, and 75-80 degree weather
How long have you been a GBTA or DFW Chapter member?
N: I have been with GBTA for 10 years. The DFW Chapter for 1 year prior to the pandemic and am going on my 2nd year.
